Members Present: Cindy Williams and Tom McGowan

Distribution of Minutes: March 4, 2009
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of February 17 were placed on hold and will remain in draft form as Cindy Williams is no longer a selectman.
The meeting came to order at 6:00 p.m. with two members present.
The purpose of the meeting is to sign several documents that need to be sent out or updated. This meeting is abbreviated due to elections being held today and the selectmen’s presence at the polling place.
Items Requiring Signature:
An updated personnel policy was signed
An excavation warrant for Boake Morrison was signed
A veteran’s credit for Jeffrey Musheno was signed; his wife’s signature is also needed on the form.
New Business:
Pat Moore was in to ask the selectmen to sign a grant application for supplies to be used during Community Cleanup Day. The town will receive daffodil bulbs for the garden in return. Community Cleanup Day is on May 2, 2009 from 9-12.
