Planning Board: Meeting tomorrow night. The recommendations from the plann= ing board will be discussed when Maggie LaBerge is able to attend the selectmen’s meeting.
Building Committee: The selectmen and the building com= mittee members met with Bonnette, Page and Stone earlier this evening. That completes interviews with all potential contractors for the proposed office building. The selectmen will = be making a decision by next week on how to proceed with the project.

Zubow Driveway: A letter was signed by the selectmen outlining the results of last week’= ;s meeting between the selectmen and the road agent. It allows Mr. Zubow’= ;s contractor to work in the road right-of-way for purposes of altering a driv= eway entrance and to allow for the installation of additional culver. The letter also requires that the contractor slope, seed and hay for stabilization purposes.

David Schwotzer: Was disturbed by some of the comments he read = in the audit. The selectmen let him know that better reconciliation practices = have been begun between the tax collector and the treasurer.
